On the 25th May 2018 a new data privacy law is being introduced, the General Data Protection Regulation (or GDPR), with this in mind we have taken the opportunity to review and where necessary further improve our data processes and controls.
Bradleys has always taken privacy very seriously and GDPR won’t change the way that we actually use personal information, however we have produced a new Privacy Policy that will take effect from 25th May 2018, which will make it easier to explain how we protect personal information that we hold, how we will comply with the GDPR, and the legal rights that individuals have in respect of the personal information that we hold.
Our new Privacy Policy applies to all existing commercial agreements and services that we provide to you personally [or to an organisation that you work for or otherwise represent], through Bradleys.
To view our new Privacy Policy please click on the attached PDF.
Please rest assured that there are no changes to any pre-existing trading terms and conditions, however if we do make changes to any of these in the future, then we’ll let you know.
If you have any queries or would like more information, or to opt out of any further email communication please email info@bradleysfoods.co.uk or contact us on 01233 622224
Kind Regards
